Welcome to Samrājñī.

We are here to bridge a gap that has existed in luxury for too long: the gap between what you wear and where it comes from.

In a world drowning in synthetic "fast fashion," we have returned to the source. We offer you transparency, honesty, and a tactile experience that plastic can never replicate.

This isn't just a garment. It's a drape of defiance against the temporary.

From the Source

The Essence of Assam.

From the looms of Assam to your wardrobe — every thread tells a story of heritage, craftsmanship, and nature. Our silks are born in mist, the slow rhythm of the Brahmaputra, and the patient hands of artisans whose families have woven for centuries.

A weaver at a handloom in Sualkuchi

From Sualkuchi · With Intent

The weaver is the empress.

In the riverside village of Sualkuchi, in the heart of Assam, 90% of our looms are tended by women. They do not weave for us — we are honored to commission from them. Every piece you own carries their hands, their hours, their inheritance.
